Nice hotel with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with currency exchange on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

We have spent 2 days in twin room with ventilation for long periods, a Hospital view, for example. The location in a very very nice area was unbeatable and wonderful!

Got the same standard queen room booked online, liked that. I had a comfortable bed, and a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. It had perfect and magnificent location with access to passport nearby:)))

The vegetarian dishes are very nice! I had some mouth-watering meals, made me rethink my culinary standards. The soundproofing was great was great, while the warm reception left me feeling right at home.

I was clear in my reservation I needed to use laundry, but it wasn't available, a bummer. Breakfast was overpriced, and I suspect I was charged twice. Their tiny receipt was a total rookie move.

It was just a solid selection for a brief pit stop in Bogota with decent value for money. The beds were really comfortable, making it a good spot to catch some rest after long days. Just make sure to check for laundry options before you arrive.

We loved the convenient location, made it easy to explore Zona T for its vibrant nightlife. The atmosphere was lively, and we enjoyed some great local food. Plus, the staff were really cute.

My wife says that a kids' play area would be great.

Room was super comfy with air conditioning, tv, and cool amenities like a coffee machine and minibar. The private bathroom had a rain shower and free toiletries. The fitness center and sauna were decent. Staff were very cute and I felt safe in the area, despite needing a taxi to explore more.
